Michelle and Jackie met at crew many years ago, which was where they developed a deep friendship and fell in love. Some of Jackie's favorite memories were spent on the dock in Edgartown on her family's estate. It was only natural that they would decided to get married there surrounded by their beloved family and friends. They began getting ready at separate houses and went to the Edgartown Lighthouse for their first look. They popped a bottle of champagne for a quick sip on the beach and then they went up to the top of the lighthouse for some quick photos overlooking the harbor.
Michelle then went back to the docks and Jackie boarded a boat for her grand entrance on the dock. Jackie's mother walked her down the aisle and she waited as Michelle entered looking stunning with her long flowing veil. The officiant was their rowing coach where it all began. Both moms said sweet words and they recited their vows to each other. With a kiss, they were wed and then it was on to cocktail hour with signature Moscow Mules. Their reception began and a surprise shower passed through, opening up just in time for an epic sunset. We took advantage of the beautiful colors for more photos on the dock. Finally it was dancing time and they took full advantage of the awesome band. The love they have for each other is truly inspirational and we were so lucky to be a part of their perfect wedding day.
