John and Paige met in April 2013 at a Boston Marathon party at Paige's Allston apartment. They had instant chemistry, John in his scaly cap and Paige in her John Lennon rip off sunglasses. The happiness was cut short by the terrible events of the Boston Marathon bombing. Still, even after that, they wanted to see each other again. Their feelings for each other culminated on the day Paige left for home in Chicago where John handed her a two page typed love letter to open on the plane. This highly valued letter still sits on Paige's bedside table over 5 years later.
The two of them had the most beautiful day ever with a vintage twist! They selected the Omni Parker House, which was the perfect venue for their style right in the center of Boston. After getting ready, they had their first look on the top floor surrounded by historic sites. We then took a walk outside to Old City Hall for their portraits. Paige was even brave enough to jump an iron fence to climb up the winding stairs for a photo.
They then had their sweet ceremony in King’s Chapel, which was originally built in 1754 before the founding of the country. There were so many great moments, especially between Paige and her Dad. At one point we thought the floor was going to collapse from so much dancing!
