There’s not much I need to say about this gorgeous Newburyport engagement session I had with Robyn and Andrew. The light was perfect, the locations were dreamy, their outfits were on point and their joy shines through in every photo. We began at Maudslay State Park, where the rhododendron trees were in full bloom. Around each corner there was one stunning sight after another.

We then took the short drive to Plum Island Reservation just as the sun was setting. There was a haze in the air, which turned the sun a deep orange and almost made it look like we were on the planet Tatooine (pardon my nerdiness). With an outfit change, they took their antique picnic basket filled with champagne along the boardwalk, with Robyn’s dress beautifully flowing behind her. We set up the blanket next to a huge piece of driftwood that looked like someone had carved it out of stone. After a glass of bubbly, they even were brave enough to dip their toes in the icy cold water! What a perfect afternoon I won’t soon forget. Cheers to their wedding next June!
