HOW THEY MET

Diantha and Tom met on a rainy night in mid-December, 2018. Their first date was at a famous local bar in Cambridge called the Thirsty Scholar. What was supposed to be a quick drink turned into a four-hour evening filled with trivia questions and laughter. they both knew we had something special and we've been together ever since.

HOW THEY GOT ENGAGED

They got engaged over a family trip to Hawaii that had been postponed twice because of COVID. Because it was a family vacation, Diantha wasn't expecting a proposal so when Tom asked her to get up at 5 am and watch the sunrise, she assumed he was just a little jet-lagged. A few minutes later, Tom got down on one knee and proposed as the sun rose and early morning surfers looked on.
