Alyssa & Pedro’s wedding at the Newport Beach House was the perfect celebration set against the backdrop of the coastline. It was one of those quintessential Rhode Island beach days. Sunny, breezy and with crisp blue skies, which turned into a gorgeous sunset.
Alyssa began getting ready at a local AirBnB with her adorable pup who she had since high school. After an emotional first look with her dad, we left for the venue. The ceremony took place on the deck overlooking the waves in the distance. It was such a relaxed atmosphere and Alyssa and Pedro only had eyes for each other, as they recited their vows. Alyssa’s gown was classic, paired with a long flowing veil that added just the right amount of drama as it moved with the wind.
After the ceremony, we moved indoors for family and wedding party portraits. The interior of the Newport Beach House provided a clean and textured backdrop, which pairs so well with the beach photos. Once the cocktail hour concluded, we moved upstairs for the reception. We quickly took a few sunset couple’s portraits, with the golden glow basking them in the most amazing light.
The reception is where this wedding really turned up a notch. There were emotional speeches and then the dancing was lively and vibrant all night long. Our favorite moment, was when Alyssa changed into a gorgeous second dress that was artfully beaded and did a grand reveal, to the cheers of the crowd. We absolutely loved this wedding!
